Camps

If you want to become a state or national champ this is the camp for you. Our programs provide individualized instruction for the dedicated elementary, middle school or high school wrestler.

The VHW camps offer 5 day a week programs with the opportunity to receive personalized instruction, intense training and the motivation necessary to achieve your goals. During this 5 day program you will have the opportunity to wrestle with our club teams to gain the experience you need. You will be taught our Russian style wrestling techniques by our coaches. Our staff includes Olympic medalists, World champions as well as college coaches. To meet our staff please click here.
The VHW camp sessions are 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). During these sessions you will get the individualized attention you need to learn new wrestling techniques or review ones already learned that you would like to improve. There will be 2 to 3 topics taught at each session. Organized matches between campers will provide a competitive outlet to gain the wrestling experience each camper needs. At the end of the camp session is a BBQ/pool party to celebrate all of your hard work.
Our camps range in age and we should have a program to fit your needs. If you do not see a date that works for you at this time check back to the site as we add new sessions often
